The Full Moon brings light to what is currently sitting beneath the surface.

Emotions that have been building or sitting in the body often come up at this time, asking to be felt, processed and released rather than pushed down or carried forward.

This Full Moon Emotional Clearing is a collective remote energy healing session designed to support you in moving through what you are feeling right now.

This includes emotions such as:

• sadness
• anger
• heartache
• hurt
• emotional overwhelm

Whether these feelings have just come up or have been building over time, this work supports their release from the body, nervous system and energetic field.

The Healing

This session is facilitated through intentional energy work, carried out in collaboration with my Spirit Team.

We work within your energetic field to gently support the processing and release of present emotional weight, allowing movement where things may feel stuck or heavy.

The energy of the Full Moon naturally supports release and completion, making it easier to let go of what you’re currently holding, without force or pressure.

What you may experience

After the clearing, many people notice:

• a sense of emotional relief
• feeling lighter within themselves
• more space in the body
• a return to calm and clarity

For others, the shift continues to unfold over the following days as emotions move through and integrate.

How it works

This is a remote collective session. You do not need to be present.

You may choose to rest, journal, meditate, or simply go about your day while the healing takes place.

On the night of the Full Moon, I carry out the healing and ritual remotely with my spirit team. All you need to do is remain open to receive.
