Refunds & Returns Policy
Digital Products
All digital products, including ebooks, downloadable files, and digital resources, are delivered electronically and made available immediately after purchase.
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once access has been granted. Digital products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for change of mind.
Spiritual & Energetic Services
All spiritual services, including but not limited to energy healing, spellwork, readings, and remote sessions, are non-refundable once the service has commenced or been delivered.
These services are time-based and energetically delivered, and therefore cannot be returned or reversed. By purchasing a service, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Physical Products (Ritual Oils)
Ritual oils are considered consumable and energetically prepared products.
For hygiene, safety, and energetic integrity reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind on ritual oils.
Refunds or replacements will only be considered if an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect. Any such issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery and accompanied by photographic evidence.
To report an issue, please contact info@earthangelguidance.com with your order number and clear photos of the item received.
Refund Processing
Once an approved return is received and inspected (for eligible physical items only), you will be notified of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at info@earthangelguidance.com.
Chargebacks
Unauthorised chargebacks for delivered digital products or completed services will be disputed in accordance with our policies and evidence of fulfillment.
