The Energy Clear is the foundation of all my healing work. It is a powerful reset for your energetic field. These sessions are face-to-face online, so we can connect in real time from anywhere in the world.

As energetic beings, we’re constantly absorbing energy, from people, environments, social media, and even collective events. Over time, these energies can weigh us down, leaving us feeling heavy, anxious, or disconnected from our true selves.

During this session, I hold a grounded, safe space for you while my Spirit Team does the healing and clearing work through your energy field. This is a deep process, that gently releases stagnant and external energies while restoring balance and lightness.

This session is perfect if:

• You’re feeling energetically heavy or “off”
• You’ve been in a stressful environment or situation
• You’re sensitive or empathic and need to release energy that isn’t yours
• You’re awakening spiritually and want to support your expansion with regular energetic maintenance

Clients often describe feeling lighter, calmer, and more at ease after their session, with the clearing continuing to integrate in the days that follow.

Sessions are conducted fully remotely - you do not need to be present, I will send my Spirit Team to you. You will receive a short summary sent via email once your healing is complete
